State and Federal Clients:

Private Individuals or Companies ONLY:
We highly value all of our customers, however, due to sensitive nature of the products we sell, all orders are subject to prequalification (due delegence). This is done to limit our liability, and to protect the general public, law enforcement officers, and active military personnel. During the due diligence process you’ll be asked to complete an “ITAR Compliance form” which can be downloaded here: ITAR Compliance Form. Visit our “How to Buy Page” for purchasing instructions and fill-out the ANVS purchase form. We also ask, that you provide a copy of your Driver’s License, or any other government issued ID and copies/scans of both sides of your credit card. You may email all documents to: sales@anvsinc.com or, upload them with your Purchase Form. Please allow 1-2 business days to process all documents.
Private Individuals or Companies Payment Methods:
Qualified orders from private individual and companies can be paid with major credit cards, or via wire transfer directly to our bank account. Please note that all orders/transactions are subject to funds availability. It may take between 24 hours to five (5) business days for the funds to clear the bank. Please be patient. We carefully track all payments and will ship your products immediately upon clearance of funds.
Shipping:
Standard shipping is UPS Ground. To expedite delivery we can ship 3rd Day, 2nd Day or Next Day. Other shipping methods are available per your request, please call us for details.
Privacy and Security:
We realize importance of your privacy we do not sell or exchange your information with anyone. We do not keep your credit card information on file. Your personal data will be used to support your experience throughout this website and to help you manage and access your account.
EXPORT
All products listed in this online catalog are of the highest quality and intended solely for use by our military and law enforcement clients. The exportation of night vision devices is strictly regulated by the U.S. Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls in accordance with International Traffic in Arms (ITAR), Title 22, CFR 120- 130. Therefore, it is illegal to export or help export, directly or indirectly, night vision devices without proper licensing. Keep in mind that the above regulations also apply to ALL State and Federal agencies as well. We are registered with the DoS and can apply for a license, provided all the initial licensing requirements are met. WARRANTY & return policy
Warranty:
All products are covered by warranty ranging from 12 months to 10 years, depending on the specific products. The warranty does not cover accidental damage or misuse.
Return Policy State & Federal Customers
For State and Federal customers we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee period. If the product you have ordered does not meet your requirements we will replace it, or issue a full refund. It’s that simple.
Return Policy General Public
Note to the general public: We have been in business for almost two decades, and value the relationship with all of our customers. People who ordered from us before readily recommend our products to their friends or colleagues. The products that we offer in our online catalog are of the highest quality, specifically designed for professional and military applications. As such, they come with all the appropriate paperwork to prove its origin and performance specifications. Please do your research, and learn about the capabilities of the specific optical or electro-optical device, what it is designed for, and what it can or cannot do for you. You are welcome to call our knowledgeable sales staff and they will be more than happy to assist you.
- All of the products we manufacture and sell are built to order out of mil. Spec components, specifically for you. Therefore we DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR ISSUE REFUNDS, except for warranty related issues, or if the product is DOA (Dead on Arrival).
- If you need to obtain warranty service, please call us 1-801-519-0500 and obtain an RMA number.
All packages without an RMA number will be rejected. - Please note that warranty only covers the manufacturing defects, and we reserve the right not to service damaged, misused, or abused equipment.
- Customer is responsible for shipping and insurance costs associated with shipping the equipment for warranty service.
